Here is a short sequence including Warrior Pose to help you get back into your POWER.  

There are so many places we give away our power, thinking someone is taking it away.   No one can take your power from you.  They can do things that cause you to feel terrible, but knowing its possible to be angry/sad/guilty/etc and STILL keep your power is important.  

Some questions to ask...

What does it FEEL like to give away your power?

What does it FEEL like to take it back?

What does it FEEL like when you are in YOUR POWER.
